With this option we’ll meet with the homeowner, realtor, or builder to preview the property, We’ll discuss the best approach and what key rooms are necessary to stage for the best possible result and cost. We’ll take notes and photos to create a staging design plan. We can also offer advice on paint colors, fixtures, flooring, etc.
This gives sellers the option to stay in the home while it sells but they would like to have it staged. We’ll consider their furnishings and whether some of it can be used for our staging plan. Most often we do a combination and it works well for a more complete updated look and it has the same marketability as vacant staged homes.
