Q: Do we need to stage the entire house?

A: While every home is different, we recommend staging the main areas as those create the largest impact. This includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, and master bedroom and bathroom.

Outdoor living space can be key to selling in Southern California so adding some patio furniture is a recommended option as well.

Q: How much does it cost? Do you have a set price?

A: We feel it's important to treat every home individually, therefore assigning a set price isn't logical or fair. It's very important for us to see a property before we can make recommendations on a price. Please visit our Contact Us page to set up a consultation.

Q: Do you stage both vacant and occupied homes?

A: Yes, and we understand the challenges of both. We want to help all our clients achieve the best look when selling their home. We work hard to create those results with both vacant and occupied properties.

Q: What additional services do you provide besides staging?

A: We do interior decorating and re-design consulting. We help clients by utilizing their current furnishings as well as creating design plans for an entirely new look. We also help with decluttering and organizing. We charge an hourly consultation fee for these services.

Q: Do you own your own inventory?

A: Yes, we have a 5,000 square foot warehouse that houses all of our inventory, consisting of furniture, art, rugs, and decor. We strive to marry the look and style of each home with our extensive inventory.

Q: Can I choose the furnishings from your inventory?

A: While we'd love to have you choose your furnishings, it's not possible to extend that option, as our inventory is constantly moving from home to home. However, we're confident that once we meet you and tour your property we'll be able to create a staging design plan unique to your home.

Q: Is staging the most important factor in selling my home?

A: Staging is just one aspect of selling your home, but it's an important one, along with a great realtor who knows the market and represents you fairly. We have established many long-standing relationships in the real estate industry and they love our staged homes!
